We try hard to keep our postage and packing costs low, therefore only charge you a one pound base rate for your delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels, and that you are liable for any customs taxes, duties or charges.
All products are sent via the Royal Mail, however, if you prefer to sign for your delivery, we can arrange this at an additional charge, please let us know; firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your order number.

Products may be sent out in multiple parcels and so arrive separately. You won’t be charged additional delivery costs if that happens.
Should you pay the incorrect shipping cost on your order, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Once any outstanding balance has been paid your order will be posted to you. Please also note that you are liable for any additional taxes, duties or charges that your customs department chooses to impose.
If for whatever reason a product is unavailable after you’ve completed the checkout process, we will contact you to offer you an alternative product or a refund.

On completing the checkout process, you will receive an email from us with your purchased pattern attached. Simply save the pdf pattern to your computer. Once saved to your computer, you can open and print as many copies of the pattern as you wish for your own personal use.

If you can’t print the pdf pattern at home, we’ll happily post a printed pattern to you for a small fee. Simply send your name, address and preferred pattern(s) to; firstname.lastname@example.org, to receive a quote.
We hope that you find your English Rose product to your satisfaction, but we understand there are times you may want to return an item for exchange or refund.
If you would like to cancel and return your order, you must notify us at; email@example.com, within 7 working days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange or refund. English Rose only accept returns that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and therefore in a re sell-able condition. We do not refund the cost of returning an item, unless the item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit, so please package all items securely and to withstand delivery, or we might not be able to refund you. We recommend using track-able/registered delivery and keeping the receipt.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by PayPal, your debit or credit card company while waiting for returns to be refunded.
All sales of our digital products (pdf patterns) are final. Online downloads are non-refundable once you’ve completed the checkout process and the delivery of the product has started.
